Chapter 1(P1to P8)
“Early Childhood Education Impact” study (2017) undertaken by Ambedkar University, Delhi, showed that a significant proportion of children in India who completed pre-primary education, public or private, did not have the needed school readiness competencies when they joined primary school.
We are just focusing on the Education Philosophy available around us and were already implemented/withdrawn in the western countries. In India we are just coping the different philosophy/Approach, which are being introduced by the few elite schools and without knowing the long term outcome, The present system is neither useful for their carrier nor in Professional.
“The Reggio Emilia approach is an educational philosophy focused on preschool and primary education. It is a pedagogy described as student-centered and constructivist that uses self-directed, experiential learning in relationship-driven environments”.
Our mega metro culture attracting the other cities residents either to migrate or enrol/admit their wards for the studies.
The following points are important to be added in the approach
a.    The word “Anganwadi” should be replaced and we should call all such centres as EASY “Early Age Scholars Yard” school.
b.    Aim for this school should be an open classroom.
It should include open interactive activities and
for more than 3 hours very important is the parent should attend the one week school along with wrd.
c.     For the alphabet and numerous learning, The students of early child hood should not be held in the school class room alone as also stated in the P1.1

Chapter -16
Professional Education
As stated in the chapter 16 about faculty and Quality improvement initiatives have already been discussed, the following points may be added (refer with ch 10 conversion of Type 1-3 institutes)
1.      The faculty recruitment rules are required to be updated in the light of the following points:
a.    Faculty for Research and Development
b.    Faculty for Teaching only
Both the above categories should be treated separately wrt carrier advancement or promotion scheme. We need to setup norms for the both the categories, because both are different. like a good teacher can’t be evaluated based on his research publications and a good Researcher can’t be evaluated on his classroom teaching skill.
For Recruitment/CAS/Promotion the Professional Qualification (PQ) must be made compulsory because the industry exposure to every faculty or good industry expert may be appointed as faculty.
The evaluation process may be design to capture day to day activities with the help of ICT.
The student’s assessment should be changed in all the higher education and school education reason behind this is the job fitment will depend upon the skill set. Therefore, the evaluation of the student’s skill must be the part of the mark sheet.
The students should be given freedom to choose the use of ICT practice as and when required they can use because the use of ICT should be a part of individual capacity and need. In many cases we have seen the prescribed required

CHAPTER 10 & 11
In this chapter Point no.10.14.b:
“All (currently) affiliated colleges, must develop into autonomous degree granting colleges (Type 3) by 2032, or merge completely with the university that they are affiliated to, or develop into a university themselves (Type 1 or 2). These transitions will be a part of State level plans for developing the new higher education institutional architecture.”
A very tricky situation will arise about the affiliated colleges of various streams; which are very big numbers in every district, and catering need of the students locally and employment opportunity for local people and if we turn the type 3 category HEIs or they have to merge with near type3 will require lot of efforts.
Chapter: .14.C
To enable this transition and development of the colleges into Type HEIs, adequate support, including mentoring, will be provided by Type 1 or 2 HEIs or other mentor institutions. Special budgets will be allocated to the mentor institutions for this purpose.
The type 2 category Universities needs a little more attention because all the affiliating Universities will become teaching university only so if we take an example or test case with the poor performing university and intake of last five years than we will be able to address the issue and suggest a good solution for such Universities. One of the best solution is such universities should be converted in to Institute of Training and awarding Certificate or Diploma to maintain “CIVIC AMENITIES”. The Universities should have a local connect with nearby 5 to 6 districts municipal corporation or Panchayat for the placement of the trainees.

Chapter-11
Problem:  It’s a fact to know that many ears a go US has started promoting the Liberal Art and after that they realised that there is no place for those passed out students I mean no employment opportunity for them, so this particular chapter should be taken care wrt to create the eco system (Job opportunity).
Solution: The most possible way to create an ECO system for them is to create an inter-ministerial committee
1.    Art and Culture
2.     Tourism
3.    Civil aviation
4.      Jal Shakti Mantralaya
5.    Any other Ministry who wants to announce behavioural change in the people of country.
The Liberal Art definition has been explained pretty well, and the syllabus and the methodology has written; no doubt it is absolutely good to study about our own art and culture but at the same time we must think about the job opportunities.
What we did in the past is the same, we are just trying to copy the western countries concept/Policy of education but not addressing the problems, we are providing alternative mechanism to run the show. My point is that we need to address the employability options which are available with us locally. We are applying global solutions. Our population is our strength but we need to address in a very structured manner.

Higher Education-needs reforms

Now a days the higher education is divided in to many stream like technical, medical, and Professional, and Old conventional.
We are now following the trends from the Metro cities as per Job requirements. Is it correct approcah of a Graduate of Post graduate students of India studying in our Universities. Is he really using the skill what he learned in University? How many students are placed in diffrent stream job ? The syllabi needs to be design according to the market demand.
We must think about the entire process!
