The Affiliating Universities are facing a big trouble and fighting with their old system. UGC must look at this sick universities.

We are very closely watching the UGC policy and their Implimentation part, State Universities Computer Centre which back bone of all ICT practices UGC want  to  start are now suffering due ignorence of University Computer Centre the staff who is working in the Centre are deprived from CAS and any other facility.
UGC must thnk about the ground reality and effective Implimentation about their policies not only the Utilisation Certificate.

We hope for the better policies.
